Park Avenue Dental opened its doors in 1975 and has been serving the dental needs of patients with utmost care and quality ever since.  Dr. Hagayegi and his wife, Dr. Soleymani have strived to sustain the legacy since the change of ownership in 2004.

Dr. Farzad Hagayegi relocated from Northgate Dental on Broadway in Revere.

This relocation was accompanied by a large number of loyal patients which added drastically to the pre-existing volume of patients at Park Ave Dental Associates.  Additionally word of this team’s expertise and care quickly spread necessitating a major increase in the staff level while always maintaining the compassionate, caring environment which is the hallmark of the practice. This husband/wife team along with a number of highly trained hygienists and an endodontist bring their deep knowledge of the latest techniques, equipment and material  in the field of dental medicine to the practice, making Park Avenue Dental Associates unique in the treatment of Children and Adults.

Dr. Farzad Hagayegi is an honors graduate of the Boston University School of Dental Medicine.  His over 13 years of experience in General Dentistry is supplemented by his 7 years as a Clinical Assistant Professor at Boston University’s School of Dental Medicine where his teaching specialty is Removable Prosthodontics.

Dr. Sherry Soleymani is an honors graduate of the Boston University  School of Dental Medicine.  Her background includes 10 years in biological research at Brigham and Woman’s Hospital.  Her vast experience in public health and patient education adds to the uniqueness of this practice.

With skills and expertise in dentistry spanning nearly four decades, Dr. Thomas Pasquerella has performed hundreds of general dentistry services, including oral surgery, root canal surgery, restorative dentistry, crowns and bridges, and full and partial dentures. He retired in 2005 only to realize how much he missed his profession and patients, and we are pleased that he has chosen to resume his distinguished career here at Park Avenue Dental Associates. Many of his former patients from Everett and New Hampshire have followed him to Revere. He is a General dentist, graduated with Cum Laude honors from Georgetown Dental school and continued his education in Dentistry at Tufts University, Boston University and New York University where he studied Advanced courses in restorative and aesthetic dentistry. Dr. Pasquerella is a member of the American Dental Association, Massachusetts Dental Society and the Granite State Study Club.
